Thanks Joe. The reason we ask for proof of purchase as we couldn't find a Joe Murphy on our system around when you purchased, though perhaps you used a different name? But more importantly, the reason we ask is two separate companies make this product, unfortunately, we do and a late business partner Seaweed For Dogs, and they stock most of the stores. So it happens today that if you have a Canident in your hand today its probably less likely it's from our factory, which I stand over. As a dog getting sick on our product is such a rare occurence we need to know from whom you bought the product before we proceed much further, you can understand. Thanks for acknowledging we were dealing with you promptly before that, and we were. Had you shown us it was ours then you would have been immediately refunded, of course, and not just because we have a money-back gurantee in place, which we do and which we honour immediatley with people (with proof of purchase), as refunding for lack of efficacy is so rare with Canident. Sorry it didn't work out for you Joe, hope the dogs doing well on the other stuff.
