Yuji and Keiko - happy Shiba Inus on raw meals

Yuji, male Shiba Inu, age 1yr/2, is on raw meals since he was 9 months.
Had irregular 1 or 2 days loose stools, every two weeks. Sometimes, a film of mucus around. Sensitive fellow and on raw it is important I keep rotation and mixes of meat sources+organs (Beef+Pork+Turkey, sometimes rabbit,goat), including fish rotation sardines/salmon. He can go a full week with great firm stool, not too moist. Been on Biofunction8, same raw meals, daily and less than 2 grams (2gr is a lot of powder on his meal, they vary what to eat first - meat/fish or organs, and go what is this powder), he has been on week 3 without stool incidents. 1st week one case of loose stool. He goes 1 or 2 times in morning, sometimes 1 time at evening.

Keiko, female Shiba Inu, age 4yr/2, is on raw meals since her 6 months.
She usually has firm stools, and still has, though since Yuji came around with loose stool, she occasionally had 1 loose stool. Can't identify cause-effect but they drink watter from same boll, play mouth all lot. I also gave her daily BioFunction8, less then 2gr for same reason. She also hasn't have a loose stool since BioFunction8.

So, common sense I waited 3 weeks to conclude. I think on reducing BioFunction8 usage for now. Use it upon another loose stool incident.

Do you offer international shipping?

Sadly, due to ongoing tariff and customs issues, we can no longer ship to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa.

Shipping costs are kept as low as possible, and you'll see exactly how much it will cost at checkout, before you confirm your order.
Delivery times vary by region, Irish orders take 24hrs; UK 4 days + EU 3-5 days.

All countries outside the EU are subject to customs checks and sometimes, tariffs, so please be aware of this as this may impact delivery time, all of which is out of our hands unfortunately.

To be eligible for a return:

You must first confirm with us (info@dogsfirst.ie / social media) that a return is on the way.
The item must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
A receipt or proof of purchase from our store is required.

Please note: Due to the nature of pet supplements, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless there is a defect or damage.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or you believe it’s defective:

1. Contact us at info@dogsfirst.ie within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Please include a photo of the product and a brief description of the issue.

3. We’ll assess the claim and, if approved, will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
